Pro Player

This time I am writing a short blog, although it happens a lot that I am trying to write something short but end up with a long story again. Anyway, this time it is about the fact that a lot of people have no idea what a day of a pro-player looks like.

First of all I need to tell you that I am not really a pro-player, but maybe I can give you a look behind the scenes anyway. I work as a software-engineer, but I am trying to play poker every day for one or two hours.

The most popular poker game is No Limit Hold’em, but for some reason it is not my favorite. I have played it a few times, but I still believe it’s a bit boring. I prefer playing the fixed-limit variant so this is what I am doing most of the time.

There are moments though that I am less concentrated and when this happens I like to play Sit and Go’s. My results in this game are also better, but anyway I am playing for fun and nothing more than that so most of the time I am ending up with the fixed limit cash-games anyway.

Today I also have been playing and I recorded the first 10 minutes. Probably not every player is playing like me, but at least it will give you a better idea.
